Need to unlink your connected card?
You can do this effortlessly on our website or app! Just follow these steps:
Sign in to your account and choose your GiftYa.
Click the dropdown menu labeled "Manage Gift."
Select "Disconnect" from the dropdown menu.
Once you've disconnected your card, you can either link a new card to your gift or choose a different redemption option!
*Redemption options may vary by merchant.
Please note that if an extra $5 was added during the activation of your gift to your card, these additional funds will be forfeited upon card deactivation.
